Can I build the test from our own documents?

Yes, and it is the main use case — a job description, a syllabus, an internal manual or a policy. You send PDF, DOCX or TXT files and the assessment is generated from that content. Creating from a file is available on every plan, including Free.

Where do employee responses live?

In the Google Form and Google Sheet of the account that created the form. Responses do not pass through FormsFlow: they go from the employee straight into the company's Workspace, exactly as with any form HR already creates today.

Can it integrate with our LMS?

There is no dedicated integration, and in practice one is rarely needed: the output is a Google Form, which can be embedded in a page, sent as a link, or attached as an activity in most LMS platforms. If your LMS accepts a link or an iframe, it accepts the assessment.

What happens to the document I upload?

The file is used to generate the questions. Employee responses — the sensitive data in a corporate assessment — never pass through the tool at all: they stay between the respondent and the company's Google Form.

Does it work for large teams?

Yes. For multiple departments, consolidated billing, multi-user management and dedicated support, the Institutions plan covers the whole operation. For a small L&D team, the individual plans are usually enough.

Does the assessment come out ready to run?

It comes out built, but review the answer key before sending. In a corporate context this matters more than in a classroom: a compliance question with the wrong key produces an incorrect training record, which is expensive to undo.

What does it cost to try?

The free plan gives 10 credits a month with no credit card: 1 credit starts the conversation and 1 credit creates the form. Adjusting inside the same conversation costs nothing per message; very long conversations use extra credits.
