Frequently asked questions
Where do the answers go?
To the same Google Form as always, in your Google account. FormsFlow relays each submission to the original form and keeps no copy — in practice, the responses tab and the linked spreadsheet notice no difference.
Do masked links work on phones?
Yes. The page is responsive and opens the same way on desktop, tablet and phone. Respondents install nothing and create no account.
What if I edit the form after generating the link?
FormsFlow tells you. The masked page is served from a copy of the form's structure, so editing the Google Form can put the two out of sync. When that happens a warning appears with an update button — and the address you already shared stays the same.
Can I switch a masked link off?
Yes. Each link can be deactivated or deleted whenever you want, without touching the Google form.
Does a masked link hide the form from people who have the Google link?
No. The original form stays reachable by anyone who already has its address. A masked link is a second, better-looking front door — not an access control.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Masked links use the FormsFlow domain (app.formsflow.dev). There is nothing to configure, and there is currently no way to swap in a domain of your own.
