Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or additional fees. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the already paid period, when your account will return to the free plan.

How does the Pro plan free trial work?

The free trial lasts 7 days and includes all Pro plan features, without limitations. We don't require a credit card to start. After the trial, you can choose between continuing with Pro, returning to free, or talking to us about Institutional.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

We never interrupt your work. If you exceed the limit of forms, we send an email warning suggesting an upgrade. You can continue creating normally and decide whether to upgrade or wait for the next month.

Do you offer discounts for educational institutions?

Can prices change in the future?
