What the school needs before starting

The list is short on purpose. There is no server to provision and nothing to install on a teacher's machine.

One Google account per teacher

Google Workspace for Education or a regular Gmail both work. The form is created inside the requesting teacher's account, so each teacher owns their own tests.

An up-to-date browser

Everything happens in the browser. No app to install, no extension to approve, no machine-admin permission needed.

Authorization to reach Google Forms

The first time, the teacher authorizes FormsFlow to create forms in their account. On Workspace domains with restricted apps, an administrator has to allow the app first.

Where student data lives

The question the coordination team always asks, answered by the architecture rather than by a promise.

Responses never pass through FormsFlow

The student answers in Google Forms and the response goes straight to the Google Sheets file in the teacher's account. FormsFlow builds the form and steps aside.

The test content does

To write the questions, the material you describe or upload passes through the AI model. If a document cannot leave the school's domain, it should not be sent through here.

Permissions are Google's permissions

Who sees the response spreadsheet is whoever the teacher shared it with, under the same Workspace rules the school already administers. There is no second permissions panel to maintain.

Does FormsFlow serve schools of all sizes?

Yes, from small schools with few teachers to large educational networks with thousands of students. Our solution adapts to any structure.

How does integration with what we already use work?

Forms are created directly in your school's Google account (Google Forms and Drive), so they already fit the workflow you use today. Additional integrations can be evaluated on the Institutional plan.

Do teachers need training?

The system is very intuitive, but we offer complete training. Most teachers adapt in less than 1 hour of use.

What about student data security?

We strictly follow GDPR and international security standards. All data is encrypted and stored on Brazilian servers.

Does each teacher need their own account?

Yes, because the form is created inside the requesting teacher's Google account. That keeps each teacher owning their own tests and responses, with no shared login circulating through the school.

Can the school see what teachers created?

Only what gets shared. FormsFlow does not build an administrative view on top of teachers' Google accounts. Visibility stays exactly what the school already administers in Google Workspace.

Does it work with Google Workspace for Education?

It does. On domains with third-party apps restricted, an administrator has to allow FormsFlow first, otherwise authorization fails on the teacher's first attempt.

What if the school already uses another assessment platform?

They coexist. Because the test lands in Google Forms, it is an ordinary file in the teacher's account with no tie back to FormsFlow once created. Nothing breaks if the school stops using it.
