Welcome to FormsFlow. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Service Description

FormsFlow is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to automatically create Google Forms. Our service offers:

  • Form creation through AI conversation
  • Integration with Google Forms and Google Drive
  • Advanced form customization
  • Credit system for service usage
  • History of created forms

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

To use our service, you must create an account through Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2 Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Do not share your access credentials with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using FormsFlow, you represent that you are of legal age.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • New users receive 3 free credits
  • Each form created consumes 1 credit
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the platform
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable after purchase

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FormsFlow to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data (hacking)
  • Reverse engineer or copy our service
  • Use the service in a way that overloads our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
  • Collect data from other users without consent

6. Google Integration

6.1 Authorization

By using FormsFlow, you authorize our application to access your Google account to create and manage forms on your behalf.

6.2 Access Scope

  • Creating and editing forms in Google Forms
  • Storing forms in Google Drive
  • Access to basic Google account information

6.3 Compliance with Google Terms

You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service when using forms created through FormsFlow.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

FormsFlow and all related rights (source code, design, brand, etc.) are the exclusive property of FormsFlow or its licensors.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the forms you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

8. Data and Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy . By using FormsFlow, you agree to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FormsFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the service will meet your specific needs
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

FormsFlow does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the service at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated results.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FormsFlow, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits will be forfeited.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service fraudulently or harmfully, or for other justified reasons.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.

16. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FormsFlow regarding the use of the service.
